About me
I’m a qualified Integrative Child and Adolescent Counsellor & Psychotherapist (MA) who works with children, young people and families. I have experience working with:
Emotional and behaviour difficulties including: anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties with peers and family, aggressive behaviour, bereavement and loss.
Neurodiversity - particularly Autism and ADHD.
Complex mental health difficulties including: eating disorders, body image and appearance anxiety, and self-harm.
Alongside my private practice, I’m part of a multi-disciplinary team working with children with significant SEMH needs, offering Play Therapy at a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in South London. Additional services I have worked with include Place2Be, offering counselling to children and adolescents.
Previously, I worked as a teacher in a secondary school setting and continue to offer educational guidance and support in a 1-1 capacity alongside my therapeutic work. As a result, I have experience of working in a range of settings that provide care and support to children, young people and families.
I am a member of BACP.
